The Reliable Stainless Steel T-Type Thread Ball Valve is a robust, three-way valve designed for diverting or mixing fluid flow in threaded piping systems. Three-Way Flow Control:

T-port design allows flow to be directed from inlet to two outlets or combined from two inlets to a single outlet, with 90° ball rotation for quick path switching.

Full-bore ports (equal diameter to pipe) minimize pressure loss, achieving Cv values 15% higher than comparable reduced-bore valves.

Durable Threaded Connections:

NPT male/female threads (ANSI B1.20.1) on all ports, compatible with steel, copper, and plastic pipes, with optional thread sealant grooves for enhanced leak resistance.

Reinforced body thickness (1.5x standard wall) at port junctions to withstand turbulent flow and thermal expansion.

High-Performance Sealing:

PTFE seats with anti-extrusion rings provide bubble-tight shutoff (API 598) in all flow configurations, rated for 1,000 PSI at 20°C.

Anti-static spring ensures electrical continuity between ball and body, dissipating static charges in flammable media applications.

Operational Flexibility:

Available in L-port (two-way diversion) and T-port (three-way mixing/diverting) configurations, with lever or gear operator options for high-torque applications.

Temperature range: -40°C to 260°C (RPTFE seat), suitable for cryogenic liquids and hot oil systems.
