Manufacturing Process

The product body is manufactured using lost-wax investment casting. This process supports the production of complex stainless steel structures with consistent dimensions and good surface quality.

After casting, the critical dimensions and threaded connections are processed using CNC lathes. Precision machining helps maintain thread accuracy, dimensional consistency, and compatibility with the specified connection standard.

The principal manufacturing procedures may include:

Thread Options

Female and male threaded connections are available according to BS 21, ANSI B2.1, DIN 259/2999, and ISO 228 specifications.

NPT, BSPT, and BSPP threads may have different profiles, taper characteristics, pitch dimensions, and sealing methods. They should not be connected interchangeably unless dimensional and sealing compatibility has been technically confirmed.

Tapered pipe threads generally create the primary connection through thread engagement and an appropriate thread sealant. Parallel threads may require a gasket, sealing face, O-ring, or other sealing component, depending on the product structure.

Customers should specify the required thread type, nominal size, male or female configuration, sealing method, and mating-component information when requesting a quotation.

Surface Treatment

Available surface-treatment options include pickling or degreasing and cleaning.

Pickling can help remove surface contamination, heat tint, and free iron introduced during manufacturing. Degreasing and cleaning help remove machining oil, dirt, and other process residues.

The appropriate treatment should be selected according to the intended application, appearance requirements, cleanliness requirements, and customer specifications.

Additional polishing, passivation, or specialized cleaning may be available subject to technical confirmation.

Product Quality Control

LIANHE applies inspection procedures throughout raw-material verification, casting, machining, thread processing, surface treatment, marking, and packaging.

The principal quality-control procedures include:

1. Conducting PMI material verification and measuring the outside diameter and wall thickness of incoming raw materials.

2. Measuring and inspecting threaded connections during machining and production.

3. Inspecting the surface condition and checking thread dimensions before product marking.

4. Performing final dimensional, visual, and specification inspection before packaging.

5. Checking shipping marks, labels, quantities, packaging materials, and related order information after packing.

Products are approved for shipment after completing the applicable inspection procedures.

Additional pressure testing, chemical composition verification, mechanical testing, or third-party inspection can be arranged according to customer and project requirements.

Packaging

Each product is protected with a plastic bag to reduce exposure to dust, moisture, and surface contamination.

Products are then packed in reinforced export cartons and consolidated on pallets for storage and international transportation.

Customized cartons, customer logos, labels, barcodes, wooden cases, pallet protection, and other packaging arrangements can be provided according to confirmed order requirements.

Payment Terms

Our standard payment term is a 30% T/T deposit paid in advance, with the remaining 70% T/T balance paid before delivery.
