The LIANHE Stainless Steel D-Type Press Equal Tee provides three press-fit connections of the same nominal size for distributing or combining compatible fluids in a piping system.

Its flame-free press connection simplifies installation and reduces the need for on-site welding or threading. Stainless steel construction provides corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and long service life.

Installation Instructions

1. Cut the stainless steel pipe squarely using a suitable pipe cutter.

2. Remove internal and external burrs to prevent damage to the sealing ring.

3. Clean the pipe end and fitting socket.

4. Confirm that the sealing ring is correctly positioned and undamaged.

5. Mark the required insertion depth on the pipe.

6. Insert the pipe fully into the socket.

7. Use a press tool and jaw compatible with the specified D-type profile.

8. Complete the pressing cycle and visually inspect the joint.

9. Perform a pressure or leakage test according to the applicable standard.

Do not use an S-, V-, or M-profile jaw unless its compatibility with the product has been confirmed.
