LIANHE carries out production-line inspection and final inspection throughout the manufacturing process. Products are checked before delivery to ensure that their materials, dimensions, surfaces, connections, and sealing performance meet the confirmed order requirements.
The principal quality-control procedures include:
Inspecting the outside diameter, wall thickness, and material grade of incoming raw materials.
Checking the length and end condition of raw materials after cutting.
Inspecting the socket dimensions, outside diameter, and wall thickness after mechanical forming.
Checking weld dimensions and surface quality after welding and forming.
Inspecting the surface, dimensions, and socket structure after heat treatment.
Verifying surface quality after polishing, pickling, or other surface treatment.
Conducting hydraulic-pressure and airtightness tests according to the applicable inspection requirements.
Checking product markings, quantities, packaging, and order information before shipment.
