For replacement projects, drawings or samples are recommended to ensure dimensional compatibility with the existing piping system.
The weld-end option is designed for permanent integration into a compatible stainless steel piping system. Welding procedures, filler materials, surface preparation, heat control, and post-weld treatment should be selected according to the stainless steel grade and applicable project requirements.
The clamp-end option supports convenient assembly, disassembly, inspection, cleaning, and maintenance. Compatible clamps, ferrules, and gaskets should be selected according to the applicable dimensional standard, operating temperature, system pressure, and transported medium.

Checking the length, cutting position, and end condition of raw materials after cutting.
Inspecting the outside diameter, wall thickness, connection ends, and other critical dimensions after machining and forming.
Checking weld dimensions, weld appearance, alignment, and surface condition after welding, where applicable.
Inspecting the internal and external surfaces after polishing and other surface-treatment procedures.

Each product is protected with bubble wrap or plastic packaging to reduce exposure to dust, moisture, scratches, and surface contamination.
Products are then packed in export cartons, wrapped with woven-bag protection where required, and consolidated in wooden cases for international transportation.
Customized cartons, labels, customer logos, barcodes, pallet packing, and other packaging arrangements can be provided according to confirmed order requirements.
