1. The material of stainless steel pipe fittings should not be in direct contact with other metals. Non-metallic materials such as wood or rubber plates should be added.
2. The arc starting, closing and starting of stainless steel pipe fittings adopt the re-welding method, and the arc closing should be filled with the arc crater. The arc starting must be realized in the groove. If defects such as pores and cracks are found at the arc starting and ending points, they should be cleaned up in time.
3. The arc starting and ending points of the multi-layer multi-layer welding of stainless steel pipe fittings should be staggered with each other.
4. The continuity of stainless steel pipe fittings, pipe fittings and stainless steel pipes, pipe fittings and non-stainless steel pipes, pipe fittings, welded butt joints before bottom welding, the pipe and cavity should be filled with argon protection before argon tungsten arc welding can be carried out.
5. When the stainless steel pipe fittings are welded one after another, the temperature between layers should not exceed 60℃.
6. The inner side of the weld seam should be filled with argon for protection during positioning welding of stainless steel pipes and pipes.
7. Stainless steel pipe fittings and pipes are not allowed to be cut with general grinding wheels, and special grinding wheels or plasma cutting for stainless steel pipes should be used.
8. The welding seam at the continuous welding joint of the stainless steel pipe should be pickled and passivated after welding.
9. The water pressure test of stainless steel pipes has certain requirements for soft water quality. The water temperature should not be less than 5 degrees Celsius; the chloride ion content in the water should not be greater than 25P mm.
