The LIANHE Stainless Steel Sanitary Union is designed to provide a secure, hygienic, and detachable connection in sanitary piping systems. Its multi-component structure allows pipeline sections and equipment to be connected, disconnected, inspected, cleaned, or replaced without extensive modification to the surrounding piping system.
The sanitary union consists of a nut, male part, liner, and gasket. When correctly assembled, these components create a stable mechanical connection and compress the gasket to provide dependable sealing performance.

Surface Treatment
The products are degreased and cleaned after machining. The internal surface can be supplied with a roughness of Ra 0.4–0.8 μm, while the external surface can be supplied with a roughness of Ra 0.8–1.6 μm.
A controlled internal surface finish helps improve cleanliness and reduce the accumulation of process residues. The required Ra value and measurement location should be specified in the order.
For high-purity or specialized sanitary applications, customers may request additional polishing, surface-roughness inspection, cleaning, or passivation according to project requirements.
