The LIANHE Stainless Steel Press Cap S Type is designed to securely seal and terminate the end of a stainless steel pipeline. Its press-fit connection provides a fast, permanent, and dependable sealing solution for water, gas, heating, cooling, and compatible industrial fluid systems.
Manufactured from mechanically formed stainless steel pipe, the press cap offers good structural strength, corrosion resistance, dimensional consistency, and long-term operating performance. When installed with the correct sealing ring and approved pressing tool, it forms a secure pipe-end closure without requiring extensive on-site welding.
The S-type press connection can help shorten installation time, reduce labor requirements, and simplify pipeline construction. The product is available in different sizes, stainless steel grades, surface finishes, and gasket materials to meet the requirements of commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Delivery Inspection: Material grade, surface condition, dimensions, socket structure, wall thickness, hydrostatic performance, airtightness, product markings, quantities, and packaging.
The applicable tests depend on the product specification, governing standard, intended application, and confirmed inspection plan.
Quality-control personnel perform in-process and final inspections throughout production. Products are inspected before delivery to verify that their materials, dimensions, surfaces, sockets, sealing performance, markings, and packaging comply with the confirmed requirements.
Inspect the outside diameter, wall thickness, material grade, and surface condition of incoming raw materials.
Check the length, cutting position, and end condition of raw materials after cutting.
Inspect the socket dimensions, outside diameter, and wall thickness after machining and mechanical forming.
Check weld dimensions, weld appearance, and surface quality after welding and forming, where applicable.
Inspect the product surface, dimensions, and socket structure after heat treatment.
Verify the surface after vibration polishing, magnetic polishing, pickling, or other surface treatment.
Perform hydraulic-pressure and airtightness testing according to the applicable inspection requirements.
Check product markings, quantities, packaging materials, labels, and shipping marks before shipment.
Our manufacturing facility is equipped with five automatic pipe-welding production lines, two laser-cutting machines, five vibration-polishing machines, two magnetic-polishing machines, five airtightness and hydraulic-testing units, three forming machines, three grooving machines, two drilling machines, ten CNC lathes, and six end-processing machines.
Additional equipment includes two vertical hydroforming machines, two frame-type hydroforming machines, ten pipe-bending machines, eight automatic argon-arc welding machines, four hydraulic drawing machines, four high-speed hydraulic punching machines, two laser-marking machines, two packaging units, and other related manufacturing and inspection equipment.
These production capabilities support stainless steel pipe preparation, mechanical forming, welding, heat treatment, surface finishing, pressure testing, product marking, inspection, and export packaging.
Each stainless steel press cap is protected with a plastic bag to reduce exposure to moisture, dust, and surface contamination. The products are then packed in reinforced export cartons and consolidated in wooden cases when required.
This multilayer export packaging helps protect the press caps against impact, scratches, contamination, and handling damage during storage and long-distance international transportation.
Customized cartons, customer logos, labels, barcodes, pallet packing, and other packaging arrangements can be provided according to confirmed order requirements.

Products can be delivered by sea freight, air freight, land transportation, or international express service.
Delivery Time: Regular-size products available from stock can normally be delivered within 3–7 days. Orders requiring new production normally take approximately 25 days.
The actual delivery schedule depends on product specifications, material availability, order quantity, inspection requirements, customized packaging, and the current factory production plan.
Minimum Order Quantity: Normally 5–10 pieces, depending on the product size and current inventory.
We maintain inventory for many standard products and commonly requested sizes. Selected products may have up to 5,000 pieces available, supporting flexible purchasing and short delivery times. Actual stock quantities should be confirmed when requesting a quotation.
Payment Terms: A 30% T/T deposit is required in advance, with the remaining 70% T/T balance paid before delivery. Specific payment conditions can be discussed according to the order.
Available payment methods include T/T, Western Union, PayPal, and other mutually agreed methods.
Free Samples: Samples may be provided free of charge for dimensional verification and quality evaluation. International express delivery charges are normally paid by the recipient.
