The LIANHE Stainless Steel S-Type Press Union Coupling connects two compatible pipes of the same nominal diameter.

Its flame-free press connection simplifies installation and reduces the need for on-site welding or threading. Stainless steel construction provides good corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and long service life.

Installation

1. Cut the pipe squarely and remove internal and external burrs.

2. Clean the pipe ends and fitting sockets.

3. Check that the sealing rings are correctly positioned.

4. Mark the required insertion depth.

5. Insert both pipes fully into the coupling.

6. Use a press tool and jaw compatible with the specified S-type profile.

7. Inspect both joints and perform the required pressure or leakage test.

Quality Control

Standard inspection includes raw-material verification, wall-thickness measurement, socket inspection, surface inspection, hydraulic and airtightness testing, product marking, and packaging inspection.

Available documents include EN 10204 3.1 Material Test Certificates, raw-material certificates, dimensional reports, hydraulic test reports, and third-party inspection reports. Radiographic testing reports may be supplied when applicable.
