NPT, BSPT, and BSPP threads may use different profiles, taper characteristics, pitch dimensions, and sealing methods. They should not be used interchangeably unless their dimensional and sealing compatibility has been technically confirmed.
Tapered pipe threads generally use thread engagement together with a suitable sealing tape or compound. Parallel threads may require a gasket, O-ring, sealing face, or another sealing component, depending on the product structure.
Customers should specify the complete thread type, nominal size, sealing method, and mating-component information when requesting a quotation.
Products are available in SS304, SS316, SS304L, and SS316L stainless steel.
SS304 provides good general corrosion resistance for water and many standard industrial environments. CF8 is a commonly used cast stainless steel grade associated with the 304 material family.
SS316 provides improved corrosion resistance in many chloride-containing and chemical environments. CF8M is a molybdenum-containing cast stainless steel grade commonly associated with the 316 material family.
The low-carbon SS304L and SS316L grades may be selected when improved weldability or reduced sensitivity to intergranular corrosion is required.
The appropriate material should be selected according to the transported medium, chemical concentration, operating temperature, system pressure, corrosion conditions, and required service life.

Investment casting supports the production of consistent stainless steel components with complex geometry. CNC machining helps maintain thread accuracy, critical dimensions, and compatibility with the specified connection standard.
The finished products are pickled after casting and machining.
Pickling can help remove oxide scale, heat tint, free iron, and other surface contamination introduced during production. It also helps restore a clean and uniform stainless steel surface.
Additional degreasing, passivation, polishing, or specialized cleaning may be available according to customer and project requirements.
Threaded and critical sealing surfaces should be protected during treatment, handling, packaging, storage, and transportation.

LIANHE applies inspection procedures throughout raw-material verification, investment casting, CNC machining, thread processing, pickling, product marking, and packaging.
The principal quality-control procedures include:
Inspecting incoming raw-material dimensions, material grades, and supporting certificates.
Checking casting appearance, critical dimensions, and surface condition.
Inspecting female thread dimensions during CNC machining.
Verifying the thread profile, size, pitch, and gauge result after machining.
Checking product surfaces after pickling.
Verifying logos, size markings, material markings, and other specified information.
Performing final visual and dimensional inspection before packaging.
Checking quantities, packaging materials, labels, shipping marks, and other order details before delivery.
Products are approved for shipment after completing the applicable inspection procedures.
Additional PMI testing, pressure testing, hardness testing, chemical analysis, dimensional reporting, or third-party inspection can be arranged according to customer requirements.
OEM production is accepted. Products can be manufactured according to customer drawings, samples, technical specifications, dimensions, materials, thread requirements, markings, and packaging instructions.

Sample availability depends on the required size, material grade, thread specification, and current inventory. International express delivery charges are normally paid by the recipient unless otherwise agreed.
Each product is protected with a plastic bag to reduce exposure to dust, moisture, and surface contamination.
The products are then packed in reinforced export cartons and consolidated in wooden cases or on pallets according to the order quantity, product dimensions, and selected transportation method.
Customized cartons, customer logos, labels, barcodes, pallet protection, and other packaging arrangements can be supplied according to confirmed requirements.
Our standard payment term is a 30% T/T deposit paid in advance, with the remaining 70% T/T balance paid before delivery.
