4. Weld size and surface inspection after welding forming.

5. Surface, size, and socket inspection after heat treatment.

6. Surface qualification check after surface treatment.

7. 100% Hydraulic air tightness test.

8. Marking and Packaging inspection.

Comprehensive Testing & Inspection Reports

We perform extensive test items including Hydrostatic test, Airtight test, Pressure test, Negative Pressure test, Drawing Test, Temperature change (cold and hot water cycle) test, Hydrostatic bending and Torsion test, Hydrostatic vibration test, and Hydrostatic impact test. Delivery inspections cover material, surface, size, hydrostatic, and airtight parameters.
