Eight-Step Product Quality Control

1. Inspect the outside diameter, wall thickness, material grade, and surface condition of incoming raw materials.

2. Check the length, cutting position, and end condition of the raw materials after cutting.

3. Inspect the socket, groove, outside diameter, and wall thickness after machining and mechanical forming.

4. Check weld dimensions, weld appearance, and surface quality after welding and forming.

5. Inspect the surface, dimensions, groove, and socket after heat treatment.

6. Verify surface quality after vibration polishing, magnetic polishing, pickling, or other surface treatment.

7. Perform hydraulic-pressure and airtightness testing according to the applicable inspection requirements.

8. Inspect product markings, quantities, labels, packaging materials, and shipping marks before shipment.
