LIANHE applies in-process and final inspection procedures throughout raw-material preparation, cutting, forming, machining, welding, surface finishing, testing, marking, and packaging.

The principal quality-control procedures include:

1. Inspecting the outside diameter, wall thickness, material grade, documentation, and surface condition of incoming raw materials.

2. Checking the length, cutting position, and end condition of raw materials after cutting.

3. Inspecting the outside diameter, wall thickness, elbow angle, bend radius, end dimensions, and other critical measurements after machining and forming.

4. Checking weld dimensions, weld appearance, alignment, and surface quality after welding, where applicable.

5. Inspecting the internal and external surfaces after polishing and other surface-treatment procedures.

6. Performing hydrostatic or airtightness testing according to the applicable product and inspection requirements.

7. Inspecting product markings, quantities, packaging materials, labels, and shipping marks before shipment.

Products are approved for delivery after completing the applicable inspection procedures.

Packaging
