Description of S Type Stainless Steel Press 90° Long Elbow

The LIANHE Stainless Steel Press 90° Long Elbow S Type is designed to change the direction of a compatible stainless steel pipeline by 90 degrees. Its extended bend profile provides a smoother directional transition than a compact elbow, helping maintain stable flow through water, gas and industrial piping systems.

Manufactured from mechanically formed stainless steel pipe, the elbow combines dimensional accuracy, corrosion resistance and reliable joint performance. The S-type press socket allows fast installation without conventional threading or on-site welding.

Quality Control System

Dedicated quality-control personnel perform in-process and final inspections. Products are inspected before shipment according to the applicable product specification and order requirements.

Eight-Step Quality Control Process

1. Inspect the raw-material grade, outside diameter and wall thickness.

2. Check the material length and pipe-end condition after cutting.

3. Inspect the socket, outside diameter and wall thickness after machining.

4. Check the elbow-forming area, weld dimensions and surface condition where applicable.

5. Inspect the surface, dimensions, bend shape and socket after heat treatment.

6. Check the finished surface after polishing or pickling.

7. Perform the applicable hydraulic and airtightness tests.

8. Verify product markings, quantities and packaging before shipment.

Testing and Delivery Inspection

Available test items may include:
