Product Quality Control

LIANHE performs in-process inspection and final inspection throughout production. Raw materials, dimensions, sockets, surfaces, sealing performance, markings, and packaging are checked before the finished products are approved for delivery.

Our main quality-control procedures include:

1. Inspecting the outside diameter, wall thickness, material grade, and surface condition of incoming raw materials.

2. Checking the length, cutting position, and end condition of raw materials after cutting.

3. Inspecting the socket dimensions, outside diameter, and wall thickness after mechanical forming and machining.

4. Checking weld dimensions, weld appearance, and surface quality after welding and forming.

5. Inspecting the product surface, dimensions, and socket structure after heat treatment.

6. Verifying surface quality after vibration polishing, magnetic polishing, pickling, or other surface treatment.

7. Performing hydraulic-pressure and airtightness tests according to the applicable inspection requirements.

8. Checking product markings, order quantities, packaging materials, labels, and shipping marks before shipment.

Production Equipment

Our manufacturing facility is equipped with five automatic pipe-welding production lines, two laser-cutting machines, five vibration-polishing machines, two magnetic-polishing machines, five airtightness and hydraulic-testing units, three forming machines, three grooving machines, two drilling machines, ten CNC lathes, and six end-processing machines.

Additional equipment includes two vertical hydroforming machines, two frame-type hydroforming machines, ten pipe-bending machines, eight automatic argon-arc welding machines, four hydraulic drawing machines, four high-speed hydraulic punching machines, two laser-marking machines, two packaging units, and other related production and inspection equipment.

These production capabilities support pipe preparation, forming, machining, welding, heat treatment, surface finishing, testing, product marking, and export packaging.

Payment Terms

Our standard payment term is a 30% T/T deposit paid in advance, with the remaining 70% T/T balance paid before delivery. Specific payment conditions can be discussed according to the order value and cooperation requirements.

Minimum Order Quantity and Stock

MOQ: Normally 5–10 pieces, depending on the product model, size, and current inventory.

We maintain inventory for many regular products and commonly requested sizes. Selected products may have up to 5,000 pieces available in stock, supporting short delivery times and flexible purchasing requirements.

Because stock levels change continuously, the available quantity for each product and size should be reconfirmed before placing an order.

Samples and Quotation

Free Samples: Samples can be provided free of charge for product evaluation and project testing. The international express delivery cost is normally paid by the recipient.

Quotation Time: A quotation can normally be provided within three working hours after receiving the complete product specifications, material, size, quantity, and delivery destination.

Quotation Validity: Normally 3–7 days, subject to stainless steel raw-material prices, exchange-rate fluctuations, and current market conditions.

Delivery Time

Regular products and standard sizes available from stock can normally be delivered within 3–7 days.

Orders requiring new production normally take approximately 25 days. The actual delivery schedule depends on the product specifications, material availability, order quantity, inspection requirements, customized packaging, and factory production plan.
