Quality Control

1. Inspect raw-material grade, outside diameter, and wall thickness.

2. Check length and end condition after cutting.

3. Inspect outside diameter, wall thickness, and end dimensions after processing.

4. Check weld dimensions and surface quality after forming.

5. Inspect the surface after heat treatment and finishing.

6. Perform applicable hydraulic or airtightness tests.

7. Verify markings, quantities, and packaging before shipment.
