The LIANHE Stainless Steel D-Type Press-to-Thread Ball Valve combines a D-type press connection with a threaded connection for manual on/off flow control.

Its press end supports fast, flame-free pipeline installation, while the threaded end connects compatible pipes, instruments, gauges, or equipment. SS304 and SS316 materials provide good corrosion resistance for suitable water and industrial-fluid applications.

Installation requires a press tool and jaw compatible with the specified D-type profile. It is not a tool-free connection.

Installation Notes

1. Confirm the pipe material, outside diameter, and D-type press profile.

2. Cut and deburr the pipe without damaging the sealing ring.

3. Mark the required insertion depth.

4. Insert the pipe fully into the press socket.

5. Use a compatible press tool and jaw to complete the pressing cycle.

6. Apply the correct sealing method to the threaded connection.

7. Perform a pressure and leakage test before operation.
